Election post

I have always been passionate about engaging in social activities and contributing to the communities I am part of. This is why I am nominating myself for Vice President of Bartlett Society—to use this platform to make Bartlett a place where debates happen and encounters flourish.
During high school, I served as the Chair of the Student Union, where I initiated a music festival with 4,000 attendees and student-school conversations that have since become a school tradition. As someone who thrives on new ideas, I excel at connecting different activities into cohesive, inspiring experiences.
Being in Bartlett has further fueled my creativity. This year, I am particularly focused on expanding academic-based discussions. Current talks at Bartlett and Bartlett Society remain largely one-way dialogues, with a clear divide between "guest" and "audience." I want to introduce a more interactive, two-way format that fosters direct engagement with speakers. (Proposals have already been submitted to the 2024-25 committee.)This is just the beginning. With strong planning and collaboration skills, I believe I can take the team to create bold, experimental, and meaningful activities that align with the President’s mission for Bartlett Society this year.
Ultimately, I am standing for Vice President not only to challenge myself but to contribute my ambition toward making Bartlett an even more vibrant and dynamic space.
Make Debates Happen. Let Encounters Flourish.
