I am standing for media officer. I am a creative and ambitious individual, passionate about using design and media to communicate ideas to ensure the Bartlett Society's media presence is engaging, innovative, and reflective of our diverse community. I seek to utilize my skill sets not only to develop a more distinctive visual language with my teammates but also to amplify student voices.
I bring various strong technical skills, including proficiency in graphic design and video editing, and I adapt quickly to new tools and platforms. In the past, I have experience in building my personal art webpages to promote my own work. I work efficiently both individually and in a team, and I am a good mediator when a group is faced with creative disagreement. For media promotion, I am to use my skills to increase the number of followers on existing social media accounts, Instagram, but also extend towards other platforms through a different type of visual conveying style, such as creating engaging short videos for platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
I have been involved with the Bartlett summer school tutoring, for which I showcased my skills, engaged socially, and made new bonds with tutors and students across years within and outside the Bartlett. Therefore, with my talent, this role would be a great opportunity for me to network with more people of diverse backgrounds. It would be my utmost pleasure to contribute my skills to the team.

I am standing for media officer as it is my passion to create visually stunning media and to document. I seek to continue developing the Bartlett Society's visual language and branding. For Bartlett Society I seek to create and sustain a varied yet consistent visually striking language which will reflect the Bartlett's rigorous commitment to design. I would also like to use this as an opportunity to further my graphic skills.
I aim to post regularly and to divide the media tasks evenly and fairly with the other members of the media team. I also aim to grow the Bartlett Society Instagram following, and to further the society's media presence on other social media platforms such as LinkedIn. I aim to sustain communication and conversation with the Bartlett Society as a whole.
I have also been involved with Founders Keepers for which I have created posters and social media posts. Along with my Founders Keepers work I am interested in the circular use of materials within the school, I am also invested in creating links across the courses and year groups of the Bartlett, and in upholding inclusion and amplifying the voices of people from the diverse backgrounds and beliefs within the Bartlett — this I seek to bring to my role as media officer.

Hello everyone! I'm excited to run for Media Officer for the Bartlett School of Architecture Society this year. With a solid foundation in graphic design, photography and videography as well as past experience creating digital materials for societies, I understand how to craft engaging visuals that capture attention and communicate effectively with people. I've previously been involved in creating society posters for a photography society and as well as designing the school magazine. I’m passionate about using design to enhance the society’s presence, making events and initiatives more accessible and visually compelling. If given this opportunity, I will ensure the legacy of our past continues next year. I appreciate your time and consideration, and I look forward to the opportunity to support our very own Bartlett community in UCL. Thank you!
