Barbell Club: Social Media Officer

I’m standing for the role of Social Media Secretary because I’m passionate about powerlifting and want to help grow and promote Barbell Club. I believe social media is a powerful tool to showcase our community, celebrate our members’ achievements, and attract new lifters. With my creativity, organizational skills, and love for the sport, I’m excited to take our online presence to the next level and ensure our club continues to thrive. As a younger member of the society, I believe I have a much greater understanding of social media as a whole, and what is required to make high quality content. If I get this role, my aim would be to introduce as many new people to the sport as possible through social media, hopefully getting many new memebers in the process.
