Ahlul-Bayt Islamic Society: Treasurer

Assalam o Alaikum

My sole reason for seeking this position is to serve in the name of Ahlulbayt (A.S.). Their teachings emphasize responsibility, trust, and selfless service—qualities essential for managing the financial affairs of our society with integrity and dedication.

As Treasurer, I will ensure that the society’s funds are micro-managed efficiently, and responsibly to support activities that benefit ABSoc. My aim is to maximize resources for events, welfare initiatives, and projects for our community while maintaining financial accountability. Additionally, I will utilize my expertise in Microsoft Excel to create detailed monthly budget sheets, ensuring accurate record-keeping and financial planning.

I also have prior experience as a Python Bootcamp Representative in the Computer Science Society, where I successfully managed both society responsibilities and academic commitments. This experience has equipped me with strong organizational and management skills, which I will apply to my role as the Treasurer for ABSoc.

This is not just a role for me—it is a duty, a trust, and an honor. If given the opportunity, I will dedicate myself to ensuring that every financial decision reflects the principles of sustainability and service in the path of Ahlulbayt (A.S.), InshaAllah.
