If there’s one thing consultants know, it’s that the right decisions change everything. Through my 3-pillar strategy below, I hope you see that voting for me is one of them.

  1. Build on Mentorship Opportunities
As someone who attended 180DC’s case club in the first term, I found the sessions to be extremely useful in providing a glimpse into the consulting industry. I will organize tailored events for first, second and third year students, addressing the specific challenges and opportunities at each stage. This approach ensures that every member receives relevant, impactful experiences.
  2. Enhance 180DC Outreach
I hope to expand social events, discussion groups, and joint initiatives with other London-based 180DC societies to connect our members with the broader 180DC network. Additionally, I hope to leverage 180DC’s global nature by possibly pursuing cross-chapter initiatives within key projects where the social enterprise has an international presence.
  3. Expand 180DC Event Offerings
Building on 180DC's tradition of hosting high-profile events, such as fireside chats with figures like MBB consultants, I aim to further diversify our event portfolio. By introducing wider panel discussions, we’ll provide members with comprehensive insights and possibilities to network; a direct pipeline to industry leaders and career opportunities.

To make this possible, your vote is crucial. Together, let’s make UCL’s 180DC chapter the best it can be. I value your support.

Ashley Wong

Hi! I’m Ashley, a current 180DC consultant running to be your Treasurer! From contributing to consulting projects to engaging in hands-on volunteering, I align with 180DC's mission to drive meaningful social impact through innovative solutions and sustainable growth.

As Treasurer, I will ensure the following:

  • Transparency: Maintain clear and open communication about the society’s finances, ensuring members and stakeholders are informed and confident in our financial decisions.
  • Sustainability: Develop strategic financial plans that support 180DC’s growth while ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the President and team to secure sponsorships, manage budgets, and fund events that align with our values and member interests.
  • Empowerment: Use financial resources to create opportunities for members to learn, grow, and connect through workshops, case competitions, and networking events.

Reflecting on my high school experience as Head of Internal Operations for an event funding show, I’ve developed strong skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and teamwork. These experiences have prepared me to take on the role of Treasurer and contribute to 180DC’s continued success.

Thank you for your support! Together, let’s ensure 180DC thrives as a platform for learning, impact, and growth!
