Seerat Sekhon

Being someone who has fathomed her resolve to continue with scientific research for the next four years as a PhD student, I see science not merely as a profession but a lifestyle. There has been an unequal access to this way of living, primarily because of the way in which women in STEM are highlighted/ showcased. During my tenure in UCL, I would love to be a part of a community which not only acknowledges such women, but also highlights their work, create opportunities and establish a culture of women owning their contributions. My application to the marketing manager role for WES is a way to contribute to that and would be truly grateful if my candidate re can be considered.
