I am standing for Captain of the UCL Volleyball Team for 3 main reasons - 

1. A team that plays with a purpose

  • Goal-setting ironed out
  • Setting and enforcing team rules

2. A team that plays with a heart

  • Getting more involvement from the bench
  • Making your teammates better
  • Mindset: respecting our opponents

3. A team that gets heard

  • Organising video sessions (minimally once every month) which serves as an ⁠open forum to air any grievances
