Pai Chen

Hello! My name is Chen Pai, you might know me as Joe. I am running to be one of your Women’s Captains next year.
 

I love playing frisbee and I have enjoyed developing my playing style both within UCL and externally in nationally ranked clubs. As one of your captains, I want to pass on my knowledge to developing players to help them fall in love with the sport like I did.

My focus as captain is to develop individual skills in our players to ensure they are well rounded players who can play a broad range of strategies. I also plan to provide more in-tournament playing opportunities for developing players, especially indoors where we don’t currently have dedicated beginners teams.
