Tennis Club: Recreational & Development (R&D) Coordinator

I joined the tennis society in term 1, from beginners to intermediate level, and have enjoyed all the training sessions. 

I am running for this role because I am interested in maintaining the society and making sure it stays as good as it is now, or even making it better, in terms of social events outside of training sessions. 

I am experienced in organising big events (such as creating and organising my own inter-school business competition in high school), so managing basic logistics should not be a challenge, while also looking forward to the potential of having more social events in the future. 

I am thrilled to nominate myself for the position of R&D Coordinator within our esteemed R&D Tennis Club. As the most excellent photographer this year, I have attended every important society event, capturing and immortalizing unforgettable moments. My skills in photography have been challenged and tested by the demands of people's preferences, as evidenced by the content I share on Instagram. The majority of my works can be found on @rdtennisclub linktree, and I am eager to extend my expertise to assist the tennis society with all things related to visual media.

If appointed as R&D Coordinator, I aim to utilize my capacity in media to enrich our club's research and development initiatives. I am committed to introducing a more diverse range of content, including videos, gifs, and even short movies, to make our communication more engaging and enjoyable for everyone involved. Hi! I'm Lilian. I played tennis for 3 years and picked it up again after joining tennis club. I was the coordinator of my high school varsity, which I believe prior experience enables me to handle coordinating affairs.

I've made a lot of friends here and personally really enjoyed all the events, so my vision for the club aligns with creating an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere (which what I've experienced) for all members. Your vote will empower me to make my aspirations come true.
