I am running for Kit Secretary for your Taekwondo club because I believe in the importance of organization and efficiency within the club. With a passion for martial arts and a desire to contribute to the community, I see the role as an opportunity to ensure that all members have access to necessary equipment, uniforms, and resources for their training. By taking on this responsibility, I aim to support the smooth functioning of the club and help create a positive and inclusive environment for all members to thrive in their Taekwondo journey.

Ben Leung

As a member of UCL Taekwondo, I have been aware of the importance of having readily available and well-organised equipment for both training sessions and competitions alike.

With the previous experience of leading the in-house First Aid Team in my college, I have been exposed to the need for attention to detail and communication when organising, supplying, and replenishing First Aid Kits to ensure the team remained well-equipped as well as keeping in contact with the college nurse to ensure any orders were made appropriately to maintain a good stock of fresh supplies (eg. bandages, dressings and plasters).

As a result, I have been able to further enhance my resource management and I think this will apply very well to a responsibility that requires monitoring and ordering kits to ensure they are accessible to members of our team.

Furthermore, I believe that my passion for Taekwondo, which extends beyond its physical discipline enables me to be a very committed and proactive member of the team and it is with confidence that I can ensure that our club's kit needs can be met efficiently and sufficiently with great competence.
