This year, my tenure on the core committee featured major successes, including hosting our landmark international conference (INNC24), curating an enlightening lecture series, initiating collaborations with peer institutions, alongside efforts to source research projects.

Running for this position, I am driven by a commitment to continuity, aiming to further our initiatives, broaden networks, enrich our society's offerings, and ultimately strengthen its legacy.

Ideas to Complement Existing Initiatives:

  • Collaborate: Host the first-ever pan-London Neurology & Neurosurgery conference. Provide neuroanatomy tutorials and establish an annual competition.
  • Integrate: Restructure JTE series in partnership with Neurology & Neuroscience society, ensuring holistic coverage of clinical neurology, surgical intervention & research.
  • Innovate: Organise a symposium featuring CV clinic and hands-on surgical workshops, complemented by a neurosurgery hackathon. Introduce prize essay competitions.
