Hey lovely surf club members!! 

As someone who is always looking for a trip to plan, I am standing for trip secretary! I genuinely enjoy organising and planning trips because it keeps my mind off of how grey London can be, and would love to be able to do it for a larger group which the Surf Club is. The trips are definitely the heart and soul of the Surf Club because they are were so amazing memories are made, and I would love to be a part of bringing them together! Some of my fondest memories from this year were made during the reading week surf trip, and I would love to recreate this feeling for other people :)

As trip sec, I would collaborate with everyone to try and find the perfect trips, and would look for the best hostels to accomodate everyone. So far Portugal has repeatedly been my favourite surf memories, but I would love to organise trips to other closer places such as the French Coast (Saint Girons plage, Moilets-et-Maa, Cap de l'Homy), or further away places like Morocco - but I'm always open to hearing what you guys want! It would also be fun to organise smaller trips to nearby places in Cornwall for example, since we too often forget the sunshine and palm tree filled beaches in the lovely UK.
