SpaceSoc! Are you seeking a secretary who not only crafts excellent emails but is also organized, diligent, and deeply involved within our community? Look no further, for you have found her!
The sense of belonging and inspiration I've found within SpaceSoc this year has made it my favourite society. Now, I'm eager to give back and take on a more active role! Having attended nearly every event this year, SpaceSoc has become an integral part of my university life. My friend Hubert and I even showed up to the societies fair in January to help out at the stand and convince people to sign up! That is how passionate we are. I should mention that Hubert and I met at Space Society, and we are very good friends. He is running for events officer, and we are a DREAM TEAM so we would love if you would consider voting for the both of us!!
My most relevant previous experience was at school. I became co-leader of the autism awareness and acceptance group for 2 years. This group had over 40 members and 3 subdivisions, and I oversaw all of them. This gave me experience with event planning, collaboration, coordinating meetings and effective communication.
I hope that you will consider voting for me based on my passion for Space Society and my previous experience. I can't wait to see what we will achieve!
