Spending the 23-24 year as the welfare officer of the mindful society has been an extremely rewarding experience for me. Through my time leading and helping organize sessions, I have developed my mindfulness practice and hopefully added value to yours. Being elected as president for the socity will allow me to continue doing so for the next year.
