Lebanese Society: Vice President

Hi everyone!! My name is Chiara Zouein and I'm a second year Management Science Student and currently the Marketing and PR Officer for the Lebanese Society.

Having lived in Lebanon my whole life, being on the committee has allowed me to keep in touch with my roots and to have a safe space. Sharing this with others gives me a great sense of pride as I love Lebanon and it really motivates me to pursue a greater role within the LebSoc next year.
I believe that I am equipped to take on the role of vice-president as I have experience in the committee through organising events, coordinating with other societies and forging bonds with my fellow committee and society members. My dedication and commitment to the society ensure that I will have no trouble putting the time and effort required to fulfill my responsibilities. I highly value the importance of communication and organisation as I believe that these are key elements to running a successful society. Thanks to extensive experience in scouting, internships and my role as social events executive for the Management Society, I know the ins and outs as how to manage a thriving society at UCL.
