An Qi Guo

Hi, I'm An Qi! I'm currently studying English, and am exploring a career in the legal sector post-graduation. My time as a member at the LFA society has allowed me to attend social events, network, expand my commercial awareness, and experience invaluable opportunities that I would've otherwise not had access to. This has instilled in me an acute understanding of the power LFA holds to empower non-law students with the knowledge and experience to fare well in this competitive field. As such, I would love to continue this legacy of excellence and accessibility within this society through my role as LFA's Marketing Officer.

In this role, I aim to:

  • further promote accessibility of LFA events to non-law students by closely collaborating with marketing officers of other UCL societies
  • boost engagement by creating a cohesive but varied IG feed to increase navigability of our society page
  • work closely with events officers to ensure accuracy and high quality of promotional posts

I have a wide range of relevant experience as demonstrated below:

  • Marketing, PR, & Comms Team Lead @ POC Network's Ball Committee
    • creating a social media marketing strategy to boost visibility
    • teamwork & collab w/ other socs
  • Chair of my school's Minority Student's Union
    • created presentations and posters using Canva to promote my school's Multicultural Week and Fashion Show
    • reached 1200+ students, recruited ~60 volunteer 'models', amassed audience of ~100 students and staff members
Lena Nicoletti

Hey everyone! My name is Lena, and I am a First Year studying International Social and Political Studies. Though law is one aspect of my degree, I will enter the legal profession from a non-traditional background, i.e. a non-law degree.

I know that this can be a daunting endeavour for many of us, but the Law for All Society has greatly reduced my stress in this regard. LfA's countless events at law firms in London, as well as workshops and Q&As, are all crucial to ensure the legal sphere becomes more accessible to all – an aim which I am personally very passionate about.

As First Year Rep these past 6 months, I have had the pleasure of contributing to this goal and being part of LfA's wonderful committee. As such, I would love to continue this work at LfA as Marketing Officer. I look forward to continuing on the LfA committee, and I can't wait to see you all at our next event :)
