Guitar Society: Treasurer

I have a burning passion for guitar which has been a part of my life since I was six years old. I recognise that the guitar society has reached a crossroads and it is vital that the committee provides some impetus so that we can return it to its former glory. I will use the experience that I gained from when I served as the teaching director as well as the plethora of knowledge on all things guitar that I possess to play my role in this. 

As Treasurer, I will ensure that we use our substantial funds to purchase some guitars for the society as this represents a barrier for many people getting involved. Funds will also be spent on growing the society, primarily through hosting socials. I will listen closely to members’ suggestions to determine other places we could allocate funds.
