Gliding Club: Treasurer

I'm running for Treasurer of the UCL Gliding Club because of my passion for gliding and my dedication to this club. Since the beginning of my first year, I've immersed myself in the world of gliding, learning the intricacies of our partnership with the Chilterns Gliding Club and forming strong connections with its management. My experiences as both Captain and Treasurer have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of our society's operations, making me well-suited for the treasurer role again.

My vision as Treasurer is to increase our flying opportunities. This might involve forming new partnerships or investing in additional gliders—challenges I'm eager to tackle. But I believe equally as important is the community we build on the ground. On days when weather keeps us grounded, I plan to organize a variety of activities, from aviation museum visits to social events, ensuring our club remains vibrant and engaging.

I believe my blend of enthusiasm for gliding, proven leadership, and commitment to community makes me the ideal candidate for Treasurer
