German Society: Director of Speaker Events

Hi, 
I am Lonny and I study Politics and International Relations. A bit about me: I am a skier, dancer and a passionated pretzel and beer lover (Augustiner ist das Beste!)

I am applying for this position, because I've got some fresh ideas to amp up our speaker lineup, especially with some stellar German-speaking talents. Think of it as the LSE's symposium but with our unique UCL twist. We're talking about bringing in individuals from various fields—like politicians, innovative start-up founders, or even influencers and actors.

As a student representative from my old school I already organised such events, where we welcomed diverse voices like Milo, Pamela Reif, and pros from EY and IBM.

I value your input and would love to hear who you'd like to see on our stage. My commitment is to create an engaging and inspiring forum for all of us at UCL, and I'm excited about the possibilities.
