Promote Fitness for the club, encourage exercises that would help reduce injuries and hopefully help everyone improve regardless of their starting fitness level!
Aims for next year
- Fitness plan sent at the beginning of the year, to be recorded on excel
- Updated every 6 weeks
- Post training cool down with stretches
- Post match cool down to be sent to captains
- Varsity specific fitness plan to be match ready
