Ivaana Mitra

Hi everyone, 

I am Ivaana, a second year Politics and International Relations student! 

I am running to be the President for the Female Lead Society as I believe it is an opportunity to champion empowerment, foster community, and drive meaningful change. As a passionate advocate for gender equality and women's empowerment, I am deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every member feels valued and heard. In high school, I founded a social initiative which helped provide women in rural India with sustainable menstrual products which aided over 60,000 menstrual cycles.

Through collaboration and shared vision, I aim to inspire and uplift our members, providing platforms for personal and professional growth, mentorship, and advocacy. Together, we can harness the collective strength of our diverse experiences and perspectives to amplify female voices, break barriers, and pave the way for a brighter, more equitable future. As president, I am dedicated to leading with integrity, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to advancing the mission of the Female Lead Society.
