Joonhyuk Song

Hi everyone, my name is Joonhyuk and I'm a 2nd year Chemical Engineering student. I would love to join UCL Engineering Society as the Head of Projects. My time at UCLES has been incredibly rewarding, filled with dynamic experiences and opportunities. This positive impact has motivated me to contribute more actively.

As Head of Projects, I'm committed to fostering the collaborative spirit of our engineering community by launching projects that bring together students from various disciplines. By partnering with other UCL societies, I will build projects that provide opportunities for us to work with each other, push boundaries, and contribute to meaningful advancements.

My approach as Head of Projects will be to nurture an environment where open communication and teamwork are at the forefront. I believe everyone's ideas deserve to be heard, and we can achieve remarkable outcomes through a collective effort. Recognising the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion,  I will strive to make our projects accessible to everyone. We must create a space where everyone feels valued and can pursue their passion in engineering.

By voting for me, you are choosing the prospect of making UCL’s engineering projects a highlight of the coming year. With your support, we can achieve remarkable things together, and I am excited to work with everyone!
