Hannah James

I have decided to stand for the role of President of Enactus UCL as I believe in Enactus’ mission of inspiring young people to change the world through sustainable entrepreneurship, and I am committed to the growth and success of the society. As the Events Coordinator for 2023-24, I had the opportunity to closely engage with our members and witness the impact that our society can make. This experience has given me valuable insights into the inner workings of the society and help me understand the needs of our society. Additionally, this experience has honed my organizational skills and taught me the importance of effective collaboration, which I hope to put to good use as the President.

I'm also passionate about fostering a sense of community within Enactus UCL and ensuring that all members feel included and have opportunities to contribute. As President, I aim to promote diversity and inclusion, and advocate for the interests of all members.

Finally, I have a clear vision for the future of our society, which includes recruitment of additional members, strengthening partnerships with other UCL and Enactus societies, and promoting our innovative projects.

In summary, I believe I have the experience, vision and leadership qualities required to take our society to the next level as the President. If given the opportunity, I intend to foster a culture of continuous growth and innovation within Enactus UCL, and empower our members to make meaningful contributions to society.
