Drag Society: Treasurer

From the beginning of time, I have believed in the power of numbers to bring people together. When you take 2 and add 2, it equals 4 - I think there's something so special in that, and I want to bring that potential to DragSoc as Treasurer next year. I am proud to say that I am to blame for each and every one of my performances at every show the society has put on this year, as well as the one (1) social I have organised this year as social secretary, and I want to keep that hateful momentum going forward into the 2024/2025 academic year, combining it with my passion for numeracy. No child left behind!

(N.B.: I do actually have an FSMQ in Additional Mathematics and extensive experience with data in both Excel and RStudio as part of my degree and work but telling you this would be detrimental to the Cranktina brand)

I'm standing because I'd really love to get more involved in Drag Society next year, and I like working with numbers and people, so the role of Treasurer feels like a good fit. I've really enjoyed meeting everyone when I helped with tech for a couple of the shows and whatever happens I'm looking forward to working with people again next year!
