Curious to me is a safe space where people of all faiths can discuss any uncertainties or concerns they may have when learning about Christianity. It offers an engaging group of people with whom we may have lunch and talk about topics that are truly important to us.

Having regularly attended Curious sessions since beginning my studies at UCL, it has undoubtedly helped me make new friends that I otherwise would not have met. It has also inspired me to explore my faith more thoroughly and look for the answers to the unanswered questions at the back of my mind. I have really liked doing all of these, and I would love to take the lead on them next year. I enjoy discussing Christianity with nonbelievers in particular since their worries and questions are frequently ones that Christians also face, and Curious is a great idea to further explore such concerns in a casual context. Thus, becoming a leader in Curious would be an opportunity for me to grow in my faith and to learn and share with others what it means to be a Christian in modern day society.

My interest in talking to non-Christians and learning about their reasoning makes me think that this role would be a good fit for me. Being able to organise finding the answers to some of these concerns and encouraging conversation between Christians and non-Christians makes me think that being a Curious Coordinator would be a fascinating and rewarding role to take on.
