I am running for the position of Welfare Officer, to lead and support efforts in making the Bartlett a more open and inclusive environment, with a priority on mental wellness and student well-being.

This will be done through:

1. Continuing the good work of my predecessors, like the Bartlett Buddies programme to foster positive vertical relationships across year groups

2. Connecting student/staff populations to mental wellness workshops and avenues

3. Keeping an open feedback channel for ideas and suggestions on student well-being matters

4. Bridging student and staff concerns about the school's environment and other ongoing issues
