Alina Phang

Having played in the women's first team and mixed competitive team, and at the BUCS National Championships in Sheffield, UCL Badminton has been a significant part of my university life and I would thus like to give back and serve the club. As someone who is responsible, proactive and experienced in accounting for finances, I believe I am well placed for the role of Treasurer. Ultimately, I hope to actively ensure that every Badminton Club member enjoys their time here, be it through creating ample opportunities to play, supplying high quality shuttlecocks and training, or providing welfare such as team meals and social opportunities. To that end, serving as Treasurer would be an effective way to help facilitate the efficient distribution of resources so as to maximise the benefits received by members and thereby create that enjoyable experience for all.
