Hi, I'm Tim, a member of the UCL Mixed Volleyball Team. Here is what I would do as a HEVO:
1. Implement biweekly feedback forms.
You will be heard. Although I will try to think of ways to improve your volleyball experience, the best ideas will come from you. Anonymous feedback is a great pressure-free way to communicate.
2. Improve the efficiency of social sessions.
We want you to get as much court time as possible, with minimal waiting in between. One idea would be to have premade teams for the games section.
3. Help those who want to play for a competitive team.
Did you try out for a team? I know just how tough trials can be, and the painful feeling of not getting picked. You can look at every session as an opportunity to improve some aspect of your game. If you need help, I'll be there<3
Volleyball has become a large part of my world, a passion. I want to share that passion with as many of you as I can, and a position as HEVO will help me do that. I will always be there to support everyone on the court to create a friendly atmosphere. Have a nice day:)
