Mark E Gresham

I have loved gardening since I started helping my dad with his vegetable patch when I was 6 and since moving to London I think Bentham's Farm has helped me keep my connection to gardening and learn so much about the field through workshops so I would love to give back. As a student hall committee representative, I have experience managing the finances of a student society and in efficiently allocating financial resources to hold events and maintain equipment and structures. Furthermore, as our society does not charge fees to join, we have to apply for funding from Charities. Due to my experience volunteering with urban planning charities I am able to write grant requests effectively.

Kapil Abhyankar

Hi guys! I'm Kapil, a first-year law student and I'm running to be Bentham Farm's Treasurer for the year 2023-2024 :) ??

3 reasons why should vote for me as the Urban Farmers Society's next Treasurer:

1. As Bentham Farm's Communications Officer for the past year, I have experience managing and planning events for our Farm! ??‍??

2. I am very responsible with money (bank account statements available on request ?) and will ensure that our Farm's funds are used as efficiently as possible! ? ?

3. As treasurer, I plan on raising as much money as possible from various sources to ensure that the Farm has the resources it needs for our veggies and herbs to thrive! ??

Please vote for me to ensure that the Urban Farmers Society's resources are managed well and Bentham's Farm stays the thriving, happy space it is :)??

If you have any questions, feel free to email me at [email protected] :) ??
