Daniel L Clarke

Hi everyone,

Daniel here. Being a newcomer to Krav, I have been very grateful and appreciative of the welcoming environment that I have received from all the members over the past few months. In particular, I have really felt that this club has dramatically improved my physical and mental wellbeing and has allowed me to excel and perform better in all other areas of life. Therefore, I just wanted to thank Vikram, Kaia and all of the committee for the fantastic work that they have put in this year to help restore the club and to make the lessons so enjoyable for all of us.

Because of the huge respect and love that I possess for this society, I would be honoured to stand for the VP position and if elected, would do my best to give back to this club in whatever way possible. Having had committee experience before across a wide range of clubs ranging from Swimming to Water Polo, I feel that I have the skills and qualities necessary to succeed in this position and to lead the club to an even higher position. Furthermore, from my experience as a club promoter, I have learnt the value of networking and building solid and positive relationships with people from all backgrounds and personalities. Therefore, if I am lucky enough to be elected as VP, I will always do my best to promote our club in an optimistic and welcoming manner that would encourage other members to join and expand our society.

Autumn L Joseph

I joined Krav in my first year and it has allowed me to build many new skills including become more confident and assertive in my everyday life. I feel safer with the skills I have gained and want to share this and bring students to this same space which has accepted me and made my feel part of a community. Krav is a valuable skill, especially for women living in the city and it would be great to expand the club and continue work on more initiatives to reach even more students across UCL.

Christina Tran

As someone who is passionate about Krav Maga and committed to the success of our club, I believe that I can make a significant contribution to the committee by serving as Vice President. Having been Welfare Officer for our society, I've enjoyed working closely with the President and other members of the committee. I want to continue to help shape the direction and vision of Pure Krav Maga, while also ensuring that our club remains inclusive, supportive, and welcoming to all members. Whether it's helping to plan and execute training sessions, coordinating events, or providing mentorship and guidance to new members, I am committed to doing whatever it takes to help our club thrive.
