Punjabi Society: Sports Director

I have a deep passion for sports and an overriding desire to share that passion with others. Being active and interested in multiple sports makes me the perfect candidate to contribute to this society.

Being a sports director requires strong leadership skills. I enjoy leading and organising groups of people, therefore being a sports director provides me  with an opportunity to develop and demonstrate my leadership skills. Furthermore, being a sports director provide an opportunity for me to portray my experience and  skills, such as event planning, budget management and building relationships with other societies and groups of people. This role can support me to showcase my skills and display my knowledge.

A Punjabi society sports team is a great way to build a community and connect with other societies who share similar interests via sports. I believe I am able to help create a welcoming and inclusive environment for athletes of all levels, Being a sports director is a way to give back to the university community. I want to mark and create a positive impact at UCL and help create a culture of physical activity and sportsmanship. Being Punjabi society sports director is a via method to work alongside great committee members and leave an imprint.
