Magic Society: Welfare Officer

Hey! This is Jason! You probably have seen me around different sessions, I'm currently working as the Welfare Officer for Magic Society!

Little about me: I started cardistry at the age of 16 and had been doing this since. In case you do not know, cardistry is the performance of card flourishing, you can do all sorts of dope moves with just playing cards! I'm also one of the very few members in Magic Society that specialize in cardistry. Along my journey in cardistry, I picked up many magic tricks. So by now, I have a solid base of knowledge in both magic and cardistry, and a comprehensive understanding of playing cards in general!

For the coming year, I would like to continue to run for Welfare Officer! There are so many things I would love to do that would help more people getting to know and learn and understand magic; but I'm unable to do those this year because I joined the committee slightly too late, there is simply no time to do all those fun stuff, sadly:( In the coming year, as your Welfare Officer, I want to continue to drive Magic Soc's inclusive nature, allowing everyone to join, with no fear of any judgements, and that regardless of your level, Magic Soc will support you with everything we can do to make sure that you benefit the most from this experience. 

With a great community we have, where we share the same passion for the thing we love, magic, I would like to continue to contribute to Magic Society to the best I can do.
