Legal Tech Society: Welfare Officer

Hi everyone, my name is Emma and I am running for Welfare Officer. I believe that building a strong sense of community is key in building up Legal Tech society, and I would love to be able to ensure the wellbeing of society members in the following ways:

- Monthly socials: monthly socials where society members can get to know each other and discuss their interests over a glass of wine or a picnic, or any other ideas that members may suggest. I will also take this as an opportunity to get feedback from members on how to improve their experience in our society and make sure that everyone feels happy in their roles.

- Personal meetings: members will be able to contact me throughout the week if they have any issues or enquiries about the society, and I will also be available for meetings either online or in person. 

- Discussions between officers: I will organise and coordinate monthly meetings and discussions between officers to ensure we are all collaborating smoothly and know the direction in which we would like to go with our respective roles.
