Karting Club: Treasurer

Hi everyone, I am Vishal and I study Geography and Data Science. I have a long time interest in motorsports, especially Formula One and NASCAR (I am a big Mercedes F1 fan), I am passionate about cars, and I have good organisational skills ands a keen eye for detail.

With this in mind I believe that I would be a great treasurer and be able to help organise and finance the karting events and socials that have been great throughout this current academic year, and be able to help organise any new events, taking onboard ideas from members in the future. I will work closely with the president of the society to make sure everyone's best interests are held throughout the 2023/24 karting year.

Alongside future karting events, I will work with other society leaders to bring more F1 race socials for the 2023 season, and aim to bring more events to the society.

Hey guys, I'm George Katochianos, I am doing Mechanical Engineering with Business Finance and I'm running for the position of Treasurer in the Karting Club.

I'm passionate about racing and I'd love to play a role in the success of this club. As Treasurer, I'll oversee the finances and ensure that the club operates in a financially responsible manner. Additionally, I'll work with the President to provide more opportunities for club members to showcase their racing skills and passion in upcoming karting events. I'm determined to make a meaningful contribution to the Karting Club and help secure its long-term success.
