Saba Malik

Through my wonderful experiences at UCL and with the Indian society, I have developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and building strong communities. I believe that as President, I can help foster a sense of belonging and connection among our members, while also promoting Indian culture and heritage to the wider UCL community.

My vision for the UCL Indian Society is rooted in three key principles: inclusivity, innovation, and impact. By embodying these principles, we can continue to build the legacy of a society that truly represents and serves the diverse interests and needs.

I am committed to creating an environment that is welcoming and supportive to all students of all backgrounds. I want the society to feel like family and make the students feel at home.

I plan to continue and introduce new and exciting events and initiatives that will attract a wider audience and keep our members engaged and excited. I am dedicated to exploring new avenues that will showcase the rich diversity and talent within our community.

Finally, I believe that the UCL Indian Society has the potential to make a real impact on campus and beyond by creating opportunities for community service and social impact.

If elected as President, I pledge to lead with integrity, transparency, and empathy, and to making the UCL Indian Society a place where everyone feels valued, respected, and inspired while having the most fun!
