Thalia Letrilliart

Hey, I’m Thalia a second year BSc Politics and IR student!

As Events Executive at UCLGES this year, I have really enjoyed learning more about sustainable solutions in business while organising events, and hope to continue promoting the society and its values next year.

I am running for Events Director as I am familiar with the process of organising events, and am confident that I can take on the extra challenge of leading the events team.

My aim for next year is to coordinate events covering a range of industries and topics, to empower members and educate them on the different opportunities that are available. For example, I hope to organise various consulting/finance workshops while also introducing some newer topics such as social entrepreneurship and climate justice. I will make it a priority to enhance collaborations with other UCL (and other unis) societies, to reach a larger audience and ensure that all members can find something that will benefit them.
