As someone with a good level in Esperanto, I feel like I could use my linguistic skills to help the society. I am also passionate about spreading Esperanto, as well as discussing the inherent colonial/Eurocentric issues in the language. I also have good relationships with other society members, including our founder, Danilo, because I go to Occitan, Cornish, and Sicilian. I would also love to teach some Jerriais over the next year. I have also had leadership roles before, including being my club’s rugby captain before uni.
