Hi! I am Charlotte!!

I started dance competitions since the age of 5. With this past experience, I believe I can provide support to dancers or choreographers who are overwhelmed or just in a little need of encouragement :) 

Not only have I danced at competitions, but I’ve helped out with the running of them too. I have chaperoned little ones around comps and have even assisted with choreography that has reached a national level (big slay)

I must say I am organised as I have hectic weeks packed with lectures, but I still make time to dance by making sure to manage my time well and stay on track with uni work while also dancing in freshers show, 2 comps teams, and even choreographing for triple bill.

My vision for this role involves the integration of people in separate pieces more cohesively. Also, I would advertise the auditions for competitions earlier so that there is more awareness amongst the society. This way, there will be more auditionees so that we can begin to grow our teams. I believe that the competition team creates an opportunity to travel and I would love to utilise this in the future. 

The support at UCL is something else, never have I witnessed such kindness and enthusiasm from a group of people. Competitions are the best time to show this as the atmosphere is so electric and we can highlight the talent of our amazing members. I hope to fulfil this role to the best of my ability and continue building onto this stunning community! Love Charlotte ?
