Alot more can be done with increasing the number of tutorials throughout the year. I feel as if I would be able to stay in good contact with the younger years in order to provide revision sessions and good revision materials. Communication is important so that the best possible revision for formatives and summatives occur, which is something I would be ontop of and will be able to bring to the role.

Rohan Patel

I would like to facilitate an effective educational programme for pre-clinical students, which includes running tutorials and Q&As throughout the year as well as being approachable and on hand to answer any questions students may have. I am an involved member of RUMSCC and it has been a part of my medical school journey since day one, so I would like to give back to the club that has supported me throughout.

I was a Transition Mentor during Term 1, so I have prior experience coordinating and running sessions for Year 1 students. I am the winner of the Unsung Hero Award, after being shortlisted from over 200 mentor nominations. This award celebrates Transition Mentors who quietly make a difference by being consistently dedicated, organised and committed to supporting their Mentees and the Transition Mentor Programme. I also have lots of experience tutoring and mentoring students.
