As Christians, we are called to make disciples. For me, this looks like creating and maintaining friendships where we journey alongside people, being good listeners, encouragers and challengers. Through the role of Follow-Up officer, I would love to equip Christians on campus to do this well: to reach out graciously, to love well, and to listen with grace and empathy. I am such a people-person and love to chat! I would love for CU to be an inclusive, welcoming space, where anyone who walks through the door feels part of our community.
In the adjoining role of Communications officer, I would bring a well-organised, efficient and proactive attitude. I think there is so much power in serving Jesus behind the scenes.
