这一年作为事业部副部长，我参与策划组织了丰富的活动例如Break Into IBD, Engineers are Heroes Hackathon,转码攻略等等。让我锻炼出较强的组织协调、沟通和管理能力。我期待新的一年能继续为CSSA的发展和留学生的生活提供更多的支持和服务。

我竞选成为秘书长之后希望做到以下：

我会组织和协调学联内部工作，保证CSSA运行的高效。审核活动策划案的过程要保持规范，审核速度也会提高。同时尽心维护CSSA内部制度，确保每个部门运营的秩序和规范。最后也会维系CSSA与外界的合作与联系，为学联提供更多的资源和支持。

其次，我还会注重提高CSSA成员的活跃度和内部交互。鼓励和支持学联成员积极参与各部门的文化活动、讲座、聚会和志愿服务等，通过线下互动和交流，增强学联成员之间的联系和感情，创造一个充满活力、充满爱心的留学生组织。

CSSA是UCL备受关注的存在，我认为这是值得骄傲的，我们有更大的影响力，有更多能力去为同学服务。我情愿让CSSA成为留学生值得骄傲的存在，所以我真心希望能有大家的支持，未来一起去做对同学们受益的事。

If elected as Chief Secretary, I aim to follow the following principles:

My first responsibility will be to organise and coordinate internal work within CSSA. I will also standardise the process of reviewing event proposals in order to improve efficiency. While maintaining CSSA's operational regulations, I will ensure that every division operates in an orderly and straightforward manner. I will also maintain CSSA's contact with the external organisation, seek out resources and support from them, and continue to cooperate with them.

I will focus on improving engagement and interaction among society members. It is my intention to encourage and support members to actively participate in various social activities, forums, and volunteer services related to each division. It is our hope that through in-person fun experiences and activities, we can enhance the connections and relationships among CSSA members, maintaining a vibrant and caring atmosphere.

Hello, I am Xinzhe from MEng Engineering and Architecture design. This time I am running for the position of chief Secretary.

Over the past two years, I have served on the Executive Committee and as Assistant Director of the Spring Gala, and I fully appreciate the importance of CSSA's large group events for the communication of Chinese student activities. Therefore, it is essential to run different and innovative events, and it is important to ensure the integrity of the event and the success of all aspects. Therefore, I would like to take on the role of chief Secretary and lead the Secretariat to conduct a thorough evaluation of all the activities and to keep a complete record of the daily activities.

As a member of the Spring Gala team, including as Student union President in high school, I have a wealth of experience and experience in events. I am acutely aware that many details and contingencies at events cannot be detected and predicted unless you have experienced them first hand. I believe I have the ability to quickly identify any issues that may arise during an event in a short period of time and aim to plan as well as possible during the pre-planning period. I am an outgoing and communicative person and I believe I can handle relationships between departments well and contribute to ensuring the event moves forward in an orderly manner.
