Board Games Society: Treasurer

Hi, I'm Roberto Cavicchioli, and I would like to be your treasurer!

The board games club is one of my favourite clubs in all of UCL - it's where I can come to relax and have fun with great people on a Friday evening after a long week of lectures. Now, I want to give back to this awesome club, and the best way that I can think of, is offering my own hard work by becoming a member of the committee.

As a Mathematics with Economics student, I have plenty of knowledge and experience in finance, and I would also be really organised, efficient and straightforward with how I would handle the club's funds. My main priorities would be complete transparency with how and where I would spend your money, as well as regularly consulting with you directly on any purchase, to make sure that all expenses are purely at the interest and benefit of each and every member. I can also guarantee 0% or less embezzlement during my time as a treasurer, or you get your money back!

This society's community has been really welcoming and joining it was one of best decisions I've made at UCL so far. Vote for me if you want this great community to be even greater!

Hi everyone, I’m Ricky.  

I am your Welfare Officer for BGS for the past 2 years, and I really enjoyed being part of this society and part of the committee, hence I hope to continue by being the Treasurer.

As your Treasurer, I will:

- Consult with members regularly on how our budget is spent, so it will be completely transparent
- Ensure all of our events are enjoyable by everyone (More board games and food!)
- Support the committee by ensure we have all the resources/equipment to run the events
- Continue the tradition of not embezzling any of our funds ;)

I am grateful that this year our society has continue to grow (along with our board games collection).  Thank you to everyone that joined our events this year, hopefully you had fun and enjoyed them too!
