Board Games Society: Marketing and Communications Officer

I've been with BGS for over a year now and have enjoyed it greatly; I've attended nearly if not every session. I think that now is the time for me to contribute something to the society and the Communications Officer position is a good station to do that. 

As officer I hope to both expose people to board games they haven't played before, spread the good name of board games/BGS in general to people who haven't signed up, and keep everyone updated on the various happenings people should or want to know about, like new games, events, and collaborations.

That way the society can keep being the big gathering place of board gamers, hardcore enthusiasts and casual enjoyers alike, that it has been and should be.
