I've never had a bad social interaction in the Bartlett, I have been incredibly lucky in that everyone I have spoken too has been incredibly nice. And yet despite this, as a school, we seem to cling to our studios and programmes, and very rarely mix with more than a handful of acquaintances from other studios or programmes.

The BSA society should be a place for community. It should be a part of our coming together out of the Pandemic and the HB report, and it should be central to what we want to do as students.

As vice-president of the society, my ambition is to grow the society through increasing the number of officers (thus reducing individual workloads), unlocking funding for open, studio-led events (breaking down silos), and developing practical partnerships with industry, for students to gain fun hands-on experience.

I believe in us, the people of the Bartlett, and I think that we can make this society work.

We're architects and designers, dreamers and advocators,

We're some of the most talented creatives out there,

Let's come together. and lets make this society something meaningful.
