Hi! My name is Stephanie, and I’m a first-year ISPS student. This year, I’ve had an amazing experience being a part of such a diverse club, and I hope to drive Asiatic Affairs to new heights as your Marketing Officer. This year, I’m committed to generating more readership and boosting online engagement, and I’m hoping to:

  1. Create more interactive platforms. To generate valuable feedback, I’d like to utilise online tools to advance our engagement by posting weekly Q&As, articles, and informative content to audiences.
  2. Revamp online publications. Working alongside the committee, I hope to generate an attractive and aesthetic online journal which will coincide with connecting to new student authors.
  3. Establish cross-university connections. Networking online with similar Asian-oriented societies across London university's will spark diversity within the club while also leveraging social media to reach new audiences.

A bit about me: I’m a well-organised, empathetic, and ambitious leader deeply passionate about Asiatic Affairs. I’ve had the opportunity to be a marketing intern for an NGO aiming to alleviate malnutrition in North Korea and spearhead the publications department of my high school student-led newspaper (+ proficient in most graphic design platforms :') ) I’m eager to uplift voices curious about Asian affairs and am committed to being a reputable and diligent Marketing Officer. Thank you for reading :-)
