Art Society: President

I am standing for the Art Society President because I want to share my passion and motivate others to reach their art goals. I love helping people and I want to be part of the Art Society committee so that I can continue contributing to a positive, inclusive, and creative community.

I am fascinated by both traditional and contemporary art styles and techniquest, and so, as Art Society President I would like to maintain the range of workshops we offer from more social art activities to structured lessons. Furthermore, I believe that lessons on fundamental art skills like perspective, composition and colour are useful for both beginners and more advanced artists coming to the UCL Art Society and so there should be more of these classes. I would also like to run sessions where members plan and progressively work on a their own projects while teaching each other and sharing creative ideas.
