I joined Argentine Tango Society since my first year of university, and I have watched this community grow under two rounds of talented leadership. This society has not only helped me to find a new passion, but it has weaved a community together.

As the treasurer of the committee, I will ensure that the society's finances are managed in an effective and efficient manner. I will work closely with the committee members to identify areas where we can reduce costs and find alternative sources of funding. I will take the initiative to negotiate better deals with vendors and venues, which will enable us to offer more affordable events to our members. I will also work to identify new revenue streams that the society can leverage, such as sponsorship deals and grants, so that we can reduce the time and effort spent on managing finances, allowing us to focus on planning and executing successful events.

Finally, I will work with the committee members to develop a streamlined ticketing process that will make financial management easier and more accessible for everyone involved. I am passionate about ensuring that our society offers affordable events and operates smoothly. I look forward to the opportunity to serve as Treasurer and work with the committee to achieve our shared goals.
