Having worked on 180DC projects for two terms, one as team lead, I consider it a formative experience that I wish for anyone considering professional work. We are trusted to be reliable, self-aware, and able to share and receive feedback. Moreover, we are encouraged to be creative and value-generating, utilising the best of our individual and collective capacities. I’ve grown as a communicator, a project-manager, and individual, having real responsibility and delivering real value.

I want to become Consulting Director to ensure 180DC UCL’s continued and growing success.

Consulting Director is core to the operation of 180DC, requiring the skills and the determination to see it through. My task will be to lead client acquisition, lining-up projects for our teams, and directing support so that team leads can best manage their projects. This means mobilising my 180DC experience, and leveraging skills I have acquired in my professional life. Having worked in business development over my gap year, I've become a skilled communicator to business leaders. I hope to utilise this to co-create clear briefs for teams so they can deliver exciting professional projects.
