Hi everyone!

I’m Kuangyi - a first-year doing HPE! 

Having worked closely with project leaders this year, I came to realise the immense opportunities Enactus offer - whether it is pitching our project to stakeholders or ideating how we can help more target audiences. It was these moments that allowed me to understand a social enterprise is more than a business - it was working together, for the people we hope to collectively impact. 

As such, I am running to be your HR director - if elected: 

  1. I hope to be the connection between aspiring college students who want to join our meaningful projects - working with our Marketing Director to broaden access to our projects, provide support/ advice for incoming members to join or start projects that cater best to their interests. 
  2. I envision working closely with other committee members - e.g. President and VP of Engagements, to assist them in membership logistics and ensure smooth communication between members and the committee. 

Having helmed diverse leadership roles back in high school, and at UCL - I believe these experiences honed my communication skills, allowing me to be a versatile and strong team player. I truly look forward to working with you and continuing the enjoyable atmosphere at Enactus, where members can grow together.
