Maanya Chandhock

Delilah magazine strives to be a safe and inclusive place where people can share their love for music. As welfare officer, I would ensure that this continues to happen. I would make sure that anyone could come to me to raise any concerns that they have and that changes are made to prevent their concerns, ranging from lack of inclusivity to team member issues; everyone should feel represented at Delilah, regardless of their interests or contribution to the magazine. I have had previous mentoring roles throughout my later years of education that would equip me for this role. 

Furthermore, I will make sure that everyone at Delilah is heard and I can do this through creating team and society member group chats with regular group meetings and members can always directly contact me if they are shy to do so in front of the group.
